What is Alchemy?

Known as the precursor to modern day chemistry, Alchemy has roots throughout time and cultures spanning from Ancient Egypt, Greece, Asia, South America, and Medieval Europe.

The philosophies behind alchemy are based on the transmutation of a basic substance into a more potent and pure form.

In particular, many of these old experiments were concerned with turning a base metal, such as lead, into gold or to create an elixir to challenge mortality.

Timeshift to the present, these thoughts are still used in the form of internal self-development, as well as using this philosophy to work with different botanicals.

~As Above, So Below~
~As Within, So Without~
~As the Universe, So the Soul~

This principle is often associated with Hermeticism, a philosophical and esoteric tradition that explores the relationships between the macrocosm (the universe) and the microcosm (the individual).

In Herbal Alchemy, These Three Elements Make Up Everything:

Sulphur: (The SOUL)

Mercury: (The SPIRIT)

& Mineral Salts: (The BODY)

What are Spagyric Extracts?

Our herbal tinctures, or Spagyric ("spuh-JEER-ik") Extracts, are alchemical preparations of various superfoods into a more pure and powerful configuration.

Spagyric Alchemy, a process inspired by ancient methods, aims to extract the entirety of a plant's life force, including its mineral salts, oils, and other bioactive compounds.

By reintroducing the minerals back into the concentrated extract, we create a truly "Full Spectrum" product.

For many herbs, the minerals play an important role in activity and overall effects on the body.

A vast majority of herbal supplements on the market today only extract the oils, leaving out the vital minerals, which play a crucial role to your health and overall benefits of the herb.

By adding these essential minerals back into our extraction process, the energetics and chemical aspects are well maintained to the plants original form.

Every Spagyric extract is "Full-Spectrum", but not every full Spectrum extract is a Spagyric.

A little History

Spagyric medicine actually predates homeopathy by about two centuries. The former was first coined by the 16th century Renaissance visionary, Paracelsus, who abided by "The Father of Modern Medicine", Hippocrates.

Paracelsus embraced the principles of alchemy to work with medicine by dividing a plant into three basic parts he called, "Trii Prima". Then recombining them to enhance potency and bioavailability.

Mercury (spirit): The water element, in which the essence of the plant is carried.

Salt (body): The earth element, and the minerals of the plant.

Sulphur (soul): The fire element, and the essential oils of the plant.
